Processing *
The processing of your order can take anywhere between 1 to 7 business days. Most orders are processed within 1-2 days, however, if we have high volume orders, it may take up to 7 days.
Business Hours & Processing Schedule
Order Processing: Monday through Friday.
Saturday: Email responses only; no order processing.
Weekend & Holiday Orders: Any orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Days: Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Closed: Sundays.

Shipping Policy *
Our courier of choice is USPS. We are not responsible for the packages once they have left our hands (given over to USPS).
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, packages that remain in transit, lost packages or anything related to the mailing of your package, including packages that say they were delivered but were not. If your package arrives broken, damaged or incomplete, you must submit a claim with USPS. We cannot be held responsible once it leaves our facility.

Please remember to verify your address before submitting your order. If you realize you’ve made an error with the address, please email us immediately at latincandyfactory@gmail.com. Please include your name, correct address and order number /receipt. If your order has not been prepared or sent out yet, there is a possibility that we can make those corrections on our end. This may impact your expected shipping by 24 hours or 1 day. However, if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once it’s been handed to USPS.

We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered accurately and in excellent condition. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We encourage all customers to review the following points before placing an order, as we cannot be held responsible for issues related to temperature, product expiration, or shipping conditions once the package is in transit.
Refunds are issued:
-If an error occurs on our part, such as sending the wrong item or failing to fulfill an order correctly.
-If the item/goods arrived spoiled/inedible, and we are notified within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. (This does not include items/goods being melted. Please read below Perishable and Temperature-Sensitive Items below for more information on melted products)
Refunds are NOT issued:
-Failure to Retrieve Packages
If the post office is unable to deliver your package due to access issues such as gated community or unsecure locations, and you do not retrieve it, we cannot be held responsible.
The post office may discard the package for health and safety reasons due to it’s extensive travel.
If the package is returned to us, we will offer you the option to pay for shipping again to have it resent. if you choose not to pay for reshipping, the package will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
-Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will have the option to pay for shipping again.
If you choose not to pay for reshipping, no refund will be issued, and the package will be discarded.
-Unclaimed Packages
If the package remains unclaimed at the post office and is eventually discarded or returned to us, no refund will be issued.
-Perishable and Temperature-Sensitive Items
Our products are sweets and confectionaries, which may be sensitive to temperature changes during shipping. Some items may melt, deteriorate or be affected due to heat or extended transit times.
We clearly inform customers of these risks through our website and/or social media posts. It is the customer’s decision to proceed with the purchase after being made aware of these factors.
Since we cannot control shipping conditions once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for deterioration or melting that may occur during transit.
-Short-dated products
Some of our products may have shorter expiration dates due to their artisanal nature or limited shelf life. Those with short-dates are labeled as such in the shop.
